Pech Long is a family home and as such you will see our photos and our belongings throughout the house during your stay. You are warmly invited to read our books, watch our films and use our bits and pieces during your stay, but we ask that you do not take them with you when you leave at the end of your holiday. We ask this of you purely on a trust basis, which is why we only rent the house to those we are affiliated with, usually through friends and family.
Small breakages are forgiven, we just ask that you let us know if and when they occur in order that we can arrange replacement for subsequent guests. Larger breakages and damages will be subtracted from your deposit and according to the waiver you have signed.

2024 tariffs
Pech Long can be hired for £2500 for 7 night stays from Saturday to Saturday between May and October. There is an additional cleaning fee of £175
The house is perfect for two families to holiday together, making it an affordable option for a wonderful summer holiday.
The price includes local taxes. Linen, house-towels and pool-towels are provided and included in the cost.
A loss and damage deposit of £500 will be held until the house and itinerary are checked after your departure. Should the fabric of the house or any items have been damaged during your stay, the cost of their replacement will be deducted from your deposit. Depending, the full deposit or the remainder will be returned to you within one week of your departure.
